Good questions
Before the first pitch.
Clear answers. No extra innings.
Does this connect automatically to GameChanger?
No. Staff can configure external team, game and stream links, and manually import a real season-stats CSV. There is no automatic lineup or live data sync, and no claimed official partnership.
Can a YouTube link play as a walk-up?
It is a reference that opens separately in YouTube or YouTube Music. Integrated walk-ups use private uploaded MP3, M4A, WAV or OGG clips you have permission to use. We do not extract YouTube audio.
How do I connect a speaker?
Connect your phone to your speaker in the phone’s normal Bluetooth settings. Return to Walk-ups and tap Sound check. Keep the page open for music and announcements.
Are player cards free?
PNG downloads are free. Physical cards are requests only: pricing, printing and shipping must be confirmed before any purchase. There is no checkout, charge or promised shipment.
Can families pay dues here?
Dues is a bookkeeping ledger for plans, installments and staff-recorded offline or external payments. No online payment processor is connected.
Who can see my child’s photos?
Player photos default to linked-family and authorized staff access. Only a linked guardian can approve sharing a photo or fun fact inside the team. No child photos or roster records are public.
What is included in Players?
Your authenticated team space includes player portraits and private galleries, real season stats from staff’s manual GameChanger CSV imports, and staff-awarded badges. There are no invented stats or public child profiles.
Can we book professional photography?
You can submit a private professional-photo request with explicit consent. Availability and a quote must be confirmed before booking; no price, instant booking or fulfillment is promised.
Is club recruiting available now?
Not yet. Club Builder, local tryouts, guardian-managed profiles, private opt-in recruiting, evaluations and roster offers are planned for an upcoming New Jersey pilot. Today’s signup creates a private team space for current team operations, not a recruiting account.
