Getting startedStart a team in the free beta
Choose “I’m starting a team” on Get started. Create your account, confirm your email, then add the team name, season and time zone. You become the team admin. The setup guide shows the next useful step and updates from your actual team records.
Open the next stepParents and guardiansJoin the right family
Open the private invitation your coach sent and use that exact email. Confirm your email before accepting. A team admin links your household and players; creating another team will not link you to their roster. Ask for a corrected or renewed invitation if needed.
Open the next stepCoaches and staffBring families and staff in
In Staff → Roster, add each household and its players. Invite a guardian using their own email, then share the private link. Invite coaches and treasurers with the correct role. The invitation must be accepted before access starts. A second guardian needs their own invitation.
Open your setup guideCoaches and staffPlan the first weekend
Add an event with its location, arrival time and required gear. Families reply separately for each player. Publish resources and adopt your handbook when it is final. Return to the setup guide to see what is ready.
Open your setup guideParents and guardiansRegistration and handbook changes
Follow My Family for your current season. Complete each child’s details and uniform sizes, contacts and required documents. Read the current adopted handbook; a revised version needs a fresh acknowledgment. Completion and staff approval are separate.
Open the next stepGame dayWalk-up audio and Bluetooth
Connect your phone to your speaker through the phone’s Bluetooth settings. In Walk-ups, upload a clip you have permission to play, choose its start and length, and use Sound check. Keep the page open. Start each batter manually and use Stop immediately when needed. YouTube links open separately; they are not mixed audio.
Open the next stepPlayers and cardsPhotos, cards and requests
Linked guardians control team sharing of player photos. Digital cards are free PNG downloads. Physical cards and professional photos are private requests only. A quote and delivery details must be agreed before any order; submitting interest never creates a charge.
Open the next stepFree beta and duesThe app is free; team dues are separate
There is no subscription charge or payment card required for the beta app. Team Dues records plans and payments made elsewhere. Weekend Baseball does not collect dues. Weekend Shop purchases happen on Amazon.
Open the next stepGameChangerUse the supported companion tools
Staff can add external team, game and stream links and import a season-stats CSV exported by an authorized account. There is no automatic score, lineup or schedule synchronization and no claimed official partnership.
