Free beta · Updated October 6, 2026
Private by design. Clear about beta.
Weekend Baseball is operated by Corey Mack as an individual. This page explains the beta’s data handling. Contact beta support for privacy questions, corrections, exports or deletion requests.
Accounts and team access
We use your account email and profile name for sign-in, verified invitations and access to your team. Coaches assign staff roles; linked guardians access their family. Team membership is checked by database authorization. There are no public child profiles or rosters.
Information your team keeps
Your authorized team can store its schedule, players, family registration, uniform sizes, contacts, documents, consents, messages, volunteer records, dues records, player media and staff-imported stats. Staff and family permissions determine access. The free beta does not collect subscription payments or team dues.
Player media and guardian permission
Player portraits and galleries are private to the linked family and authorized staff by default. Only a linked guardian can approve sharing inside the team. Walk-up music must be audio you have permission to use. Digital card downloads are copies you control after saving them.
Service providers and AI
Hosting and account/database services run through Lovable and Supabase. The team assistant checks your verified account and membership before using a bounded server-built summary of team schedule, tournaments, resources and your own family step status. That summary excludes medical details, contact information, dues and document contents. Your on-device assistant history is stored under your own account and team and cleared on sign-out.
Support, requests and beta activity
With your explicit support consent, the platform owner can review your request and confirmed account email to follow up. Physical card and professional-photo requests are requests only. Setup activity records a limited set of named first-use actions per account and team; it does not record raw messages, medical data, browsing sessions or card information.
Browser storage and outside services
The browser remembers your last-opened team and your on-device assistant history; team business records stay in the database. GameChanger, YouTube and Amazon links open external services whose own privacy rules apply. Weekend Shop discloses affiliate links.
Corrections, access and deletion requests
Use the private Contact page to request correction, access/export, deletion or withdrawal of photo-sharing permission. Guardians can revoke team photo sharing in the player controls. Beta support must verify the request and review team consent, safety and retained request history before confirming its outcome. Automated account deletion and a guaranteed retention timeline are not offered by this beta.
Adults manage children’s records
The beta is designed for adult team organizers, staff and guardians. Children do not create accounts. Guardians control their child’s participation and permissions. Share only information your team needs and do not place medical or other sensitive details in support requests or public fields.
For privacy questions or to reach Corey Mack about your information, send a private privacy request, or email officialweekendbaseball@yahoo.com. Corey verifies ownership before fulfilling access, correction or deletion requests; team consent, safety and retained request history are reviewed.
