Free beta · Updated October 6, 2026
A clear beta game plan.
Weekend Baseball is operated by Corey Mack as an individual and offers a free beta for adult organizers, staff and guardians. The product is still being tested, so confirm important plans with your team.
Free access during beta
There is no app subscription charge or payment card required during beta. This is not a promise of permanent free pricing. Any future paid offer would require its own clear terms and explicit agreement before a charge.
Use your own account
Use your own email, confirm it and keep your credentials private. Only create a team when you are authorized to organize it. Parents and invited staff join the exact private invitation from their team admin. Do not use another person’s invitation or attempt to access another team’s records.
Your team’s responsibilities
Team organizers manage invitations, staff access, player/family records, schedules, required documents and handbook policies. Guardians provide appropriate permissions for their children. Team dues are the team’s responsibility; Weekend Baseball keeps records and does not collect them.
Media and respectful use
Upload only images, audio and documents you are authorized to use. Do not publish child or sensitive family information in public fields. Keep team communications respectful and use guardian-controlled sharing for player media.
Companion tools and outside services
GameChanger tools currently use external links and authorized manual CSV imports. There is no automatic score, lineup or schedule sync or claimed official partnership. YouTube links are references that open separately. Amazon handles shop purchases under its own purchase terms.
Cards and professional photos
Digital player card downloads are free. Physical cards and professional photographs are interest requests, not purchases or bookings. Submitting a request does not create a charge or guarantee price, availability, delivery or shipment. Details and any quote must be agreed before ordering.
Beta limitations and support
The app needs an internet connection for team records. Check the current team schedule before travel, and confirm urgent changes directly with staff. Assistant answers are informational; verify policies against team resources. Beta support response times vary and emergency assistance is not provided through the app.
